EFFICIENT BOTTLE FILLING MACHINE - WISLA
Sophisticated design
Sneyders invests to continually improve its filling machines. The Wisla monobloc combines a filler and the Scaldis C XL capper into one single machine. The machine is the result of a redesign of the existing line of capping machines, the feedback from our customers and the use of new state-of-the-art technology. The result? More precise, smoother, quieter movements. And a sleek design.
How does it work?
This machine feeds the bottles in a star wheel, like any capping machine. The extra-large star wheel of the Wisla is servo-controlled and moves stroke by stroke. A beam with 2 to 4 filling caps follows the movement of the star wheel and fills during this rotational movement. At the end of the filling cycle the loading arm moves back to its initial position. Bottles are then capped stroke by stroke by a single head capper. The filling module can consist of either a piston filler or a flow meter filler.
