Incorporating the latest generation of electronics and controlled by advanced and highly flexible software, "VENUS" terminals offer straightforward, intuitive operation via the extended keypad and 10.4" graphic display. VENUS can be connected, via an Ethernet network or serial channels, to company host computers or other information management systems. It can be equipped with a direct thermal or thermal transfer printer to generate 2" or 4" labels plus a wide range of compatible weighing platforms, ensuring that this instrument can be used to full advantage in all types of applications and product sectors. The extreme flexibility of the basic software and optional packages makes it possible to administrate various auxiliary functions, including product traceability data. "VENUS" systems carry the CE mark of approval in compliance with directive 90/384 EEC.
