The SOCO EF Chamfering series are semi-automatic machine models which provide varying functions, such as universal clamping jaws for differing tube sizes (EF-AC/115-U Type). They extend up to a diameter of 115 mm in capacity. The process is ideal for single tube end chamfering as well as for solid bars. The chamfering can be carried out on the inside of the tube as well as the face and the outside using a clean and precise process. The tool seat and clamping jaws have been specially designed. Even chamfering of the inside, outside and face of the tube occurs simultaneously. There are varying rotation speeds for numerous requirements and materials (pulley setup) and a two-step chamfering process. The first speed offers a fast approach for time-saving purposes while the second speed provides an infinitely adjustable chamfering speed to give a smooth finish.
