Soco presents FA-111DR hydraulic circular saw. For automatic operation, it includes a digital counter to show cutting length/quantity set up/counter. Movements are displayed on the control panel to enable simple troubleshooting. Speed inverter is supplied as standard for speeds of 22 ~ 108 RPM. The saw has a completely automatic hydraulic system. FA-111DR provides feeding lengths of up to 3 strokes X 1000 mm. It has a patented gearbox, which is suited for heavy as well as light cutting of tubes and bars. Balanced and accurate cutting is ensured by the vertical sliding saw head. Saw blade life is increased thanks to the backlash eliminating equipment. For highest balance across the entire cut, it features a counter balance system. It has a patented floating feeding carriage. This ensures excellent tube cutting length and precision and seamless material handling. Tight material holding is provided by the sturdy clamping. Excellent work performance is maintained by the automatic lubrication system. It has a circulating cooling system, which ensures even cutting surfaces and increased blade life. For operational safety, an electronic saw blade protection cover is included. FA-111DR has an integrated chips tray for easy cleaning and maintenance.
