Description

The V-LINE® GL_G2 series achieves even more difficult precision and stable moulding with overwhelming responsibility and complies with international safety standards and data exchange interface (IF) specifications. V-LINE®×LSD(Linear Servo Drive) The V-LINE® Injection Moulding Machine is equipped with an accumulator as a hydraulic source for instantaneous high power output, and achieves high repeatability in speed and pressure with high response through flow control with a linear servo valve. Closed control enables V-LINE® to achieve high output, high response, and high repeatability of speed and pressure. Electric hybrid direct pressure mould clamping The hybrid of a direct clamping mechanism, which exerts uniform clamping force, and an electric mould opening and closing mechanism, achieves excellent straight trajectory reproducibility. High platen parallelism ensures gentle treatment of moulds and achieves high-quality moulding. Newly developed "Nozzle Cylinder R" reduces contaminants during moulding and improves filling and color change performance By reducing the conventional two flow paths to one, we have suppressed contamination during moulding caused by bypass factors. Furthermore, by enlarging the flow path and reducing pressure loss, color changeability and fillability are improved.
