Purpose of the machine Semi-automatic machine for production of corrugated regular slotted boxes, trays, partitions and cut-out parts with the option of additional die-cut (e.g. for handholes). It can also simply cut and crease a cardboard lengthwise. The production of basic slotted boards (especially series FEFCO 02xx, FEFCO 03xx, etc…) is possible from single-wall and double-wall corrugated boards. Description Main parts of the machine – the machine itself, manual table. The machine itself then processes cardboard and can perform the following operations: • slotting, crosswise and lengthwise creasing • lengthwise cutting • supplementary die-cut Dimensions of the boxes are programmed through an intuitive touch screen. According to the entered parameters, the machine automatically performs the transversal slotting and creasing in longitudinal direction. The positions of slotting and creasing knives, creasing and cutting wheels in transversal direction are easy to adjust manually. The machine is quick and easy to set up.
