The K-810-Conveyor series is designed to meet a specific need: to perform waterjet cutting upon sheets of materials continuously and automatically. Thanks to its steel mesh conveyor belt and its automatic material loading and unloading belts, the K-810-Conveyor series is ideal for non-stop processing operations. In order to better adapt to every customer's production needs, the machine can be equipped with one or more waterjet cutting heads (2D and/or 3D). The steel mesh conveyor belt ensures that the water will not collect on the worktop, and simultaneously prevents the cut pieces from falling beneath the cutting area. Depending on the requirements, the machine can be equipped with a cutting fume extraction system and/or a workpiece drying system to eliminate any residual moisture from the processed material. These conveyor machines minimize the need for human loading operations, as they exploit the "masked time" to load the materials to be cut.
