SM-325-TA is a powerful multiple tool conveyor plotter for the continuous cutting of technical fabrics such as PVC, with a compact mono-block structure to process jumbo rolls up to 1.200 kg and produce patterns of extended length. Motion is created by brushless servomotors controlled by industrial CNC with ISO programming that run on massive steel racks to guarantee maximum control, speed and acceleration. The conveyor belt is made of multiple-layer industrial textile that guarantees durability, precision and high quality cut. The machine features both the possibility for laser cut and cutting blade technology. Depending on the cutting technology used a different table is available: a static worktop for laser cutting or a conveyor belt multi layer textile for cutting blade technology. The (jumbo) roll is loaded on a trolley which is connected to a powerful motorized unwinding system with edge control, synchronized with the fabric feeding movement. The machine’s zero-point can be chosen by the operator with the joystick on the tool bridge or on the computer, thus enabling the machine to process not only fabric processed off of the roll, but manually placed sheets as well.
