SM-400-TA is an automatic X-Y cutting system that is equipped with ultrasonic and electric rotary cutting tools. This device is an automatic system that makes X-Y cuts on a variety of fabrics that are used for the production of awnings. To cross cut the fabric off for the roll, it is equipped with a high performance rotary blade. For longer cuts, it is provided with multiple ultrasonic cutting tools. Though it was designed initially for production of awnings, it is also used to produce strips of other technical fabrics. SM-400-TA is operated successfully by manufacturers of PVC covers as well as industrial speed doors as well as rotary blades rather than ultrasonic tools. A heat treatment system fpr single PVC sheets was developed to solve the problem of shrinking and puckering. The sheet shrinks between 3 to 5 percent during treatment depending on the quality of the technical fabrics.
