ROTATING MECHANICAL VIBRATOR With adjustable masses. Execution with a solid steel structure or malleable castiron and overdimension special roller bearings, with grease and oil lubrification according of the type. Particularly suitable for the mounting on concrete finishing machines, stamping machines, block-making machines, etc. OPERATION The rotating mechanical vibrator creates a vibration force that rotates on the vibratorʼs axis. This force is produced by a serie of unbalanced masses, that rotating on an axis, creates a centrifugal force, that through the vibratorʼs fixing, is transmit to the structure. The rotation of vibratorʼs shaft, can be produced by an electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor. The shaft turns on the bearings to have a silenced functioning and a long length. Technical Features • Metallic vibratorʼs body, steel or high resistence alluminium realized. • Roll bearings extra dimensioned to have a silenced func- tioning, sure and long length. • Oil lubrification of the bearings. • Steel, round inside to the body, outside lamellar, of simple regulation masses. • Drag pulley for different types of motorsʼ startings.
