Automatic numbering machine

The marking of a serial number on metallic parts becomes a very easy and convenient operation when using the automatic numbering heads that we manufacture. We can supply you with a suitable numbering head regardless of the type of numbering, whether it is progressive or with numbers without a pre-established sequence or to be repeated several times. SPECIFICATIONS a) The wheels are made from steel using carefully selected tools. b) The grip hooks are built-in and types are engraved directly on the wheel c) All of the wheels have a neutral position that leave them out of use and in a non marking position until necessary, when they are automatically shifted into an operating position. d) The grip hooks that maintain the position of the wheels undergo a special hardening treatment e) Each wheel is engraved with the facsimile number which indicates which characters are in a marking position f) The disassembly of the numbering head for cleaning purposes is an extremely easy operation as there are no rivets only pins. The Customer himself can replace parts on standard numbering heads.
