Horizontal Machines for marking large diameter components up to 600 mm outside diameter (depending on the weight of components). Machines are supplied with : a) a plate with two adjustable bearings for marking solid or very thick components b) additional bearings fitted inside the above plate to accomodate a mandrel to support thin walled components during the marking operation. S3MO with electric marking slide traverse only These machines are designed for easy marking, numbering, graduating and knurling without impact on, and deformation of cylindrical, tapered and flat components in a variety of materials such as steel, brass, aluminium etc. Machines feature spring loaded work table to compensate for parts tolerances and ensure uniform and constant depth of marking. Marking slide running on bearings and rise and fall adjustment of work table by means of a manual handwheel.
