Description

The rapid temperature change test chambers can set different stress screening temperature change rates: 5℃/Min, 10℃/Min, 15℃/Min, 20℃/Min, 25℃/Min. Temperature humigity cycling stress screening is the use of temperature acceleration techniques (cycle within the upper and lower limit temperature, the product produces alternating expansion and contraction) under the design strength limit of the product to change the external environmental stress. Meet the stress screening of electronic equipment products, MIL-STD-2164, MIL-344A-4-14, MIL-2164A-19, NABMAT-9492, GJB-1032-90, GJB/Z34-516, IPC-9701... etc. Test requirements. The stress screening test of the rapid temperature change test chamber from room temperature is based on MIL-STD-2164 and IEC 60068-2-14. When performing the temperature cycle stress screening test, it needs to start from room temperature, which is the same as the traditional thermal shock test. The experiment is different. Structural Features • The inner chamber material is made of SUS#304 stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. Full welding structure, its sealing is very well and it’s not easy to get cracked. • The external material is made of cold-rolled plate with 1.5mm thickness, it has gone through brushing, polishing, painting treatment, it's not easy to get scratched. • The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam with thicknessof 100mm. • The door seal adopts double silicon rubber sealing material.
