Description

The Bench-Top Type Temperature Humidity Chamber is very suitable for temperature and humidity testing of small samples and specimens used for research, development and quality control. Daily necessities, cosmetics, electronic components, and medical products must meet certain quality standards and testing specifications. Perform temperature testing in the smallest space. Product functionality and usability are guaranteed in the early stages of the R&D laboratory. Limited laboratory space and the need to test small samples directly in the workplace require compact, mobile and quiet instruments. Testing Standards In addition to the fixed-point temperature and humidity conditions, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber can perform condensation and damp freezing tests (alternating combined damp heat cycles) required by outdoor electronic products and car regulations to cause condensation (condensation) on the surface of the test product. Simulating outdoor condensation, evaluating the ability of materials to prevent water vapor diffusion, and damp freezing tests accelerate the product's resistance to deterioration. Structural Features • The inner chamber material is made of SUS#304 stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. Full welding structure, its sealing is very well and it’s not easy to get cracked. • The external material is made of cold-rolled plate with 1.5mm thickness, it has gone through brushing, polishing, painting treatment, it's not easy to get scratched.
