SONOFLOW CO.55 CLAMP-ON SENSOR - NON-CONTACT FLOW METERS FOR LIQUIDS IN FLEXIBLE TUBES The ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter SONOFLOW CO.55 measures the flow rate of liquids in flexible plastic tubing fast and reliably. The non-invasive sensor made of aluminum or stainless steel does not have any contact to the medium and is particularly suited for applications with strict hygienic standards. The clamp-on mounting concept eliminates any risk of contamination or leakage. SUITABLE FOR MOST TYPES AND SIZES OF PLASTIC TUBING AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET SONOFLOW CO.55 sensors serve multiple off-the-shelf standard sizes for various tubing dimensions and materials, such as PVC, silicone, PFA, PTFE, etc. SIGNAL PROCESSING SONOFLOW CO.55 sensors feature a complete electronic signal processing unit integrated into the sensor body. Therefore, there is no external electronics board or display required. The sensors are equipped with a configurable current, frequency or pulse output. SYSTEM INTEGRATION SONOFLOW CO.55 sensors are easy to integrate into existing process environments by utilizing the RS485/MODBus interface. Up to twelve sensors can be operated simultaneously. The optional SONOTEC Software provides user-friendly sensor operation and adjustment features. CONFIGURATION Parameter settings can be adapted regarding individual tube sizes and materials, fluids, flow ranges and temperature. The SONOTEC Software assures easy sensor handling.
