The automatic “FH” range bagging machine is a highly productive machine suitable for the delicate packaging of: apples, pears and carrots or other products requiring the protection afforded by polyethylene film. The packaging in question is the poly bag, both in the heat-sealed with handle and wicketed versions. Depending on what is required, the heat sealed bags are processed in rolls of pre-formed or single-fold bags. The wicketed bags, on the other hand, are only in rolls of pre-formed bags but can be developed with multiple different closure systems: adhesive tape, ultrasound, kwik-lok or metal clip. The bags are taken to filling, where a specific hand gently places the product into the packaging; they are then taking to the closing machine. A supporting conveyor belt, with built-in vibrator, helps fill and carry the full bags, avoiding blows. The machine is controlled with a high-speed microprocessor that can save up to 100 processing programs.
