The characteristics of potatoes, onions, carrots, shallots and beetroot are so varied that in order to satisfy all their needs, we have designed and developed 16 different weighing machines with vibrating channels. They are divided up into four categories: P, G, GV and VM, each of which is ideal for certain product categories, sizes, weights and processing methods. In this category too, as necessary, the numbers and width of the channels vary, from 9 to 16, the presence of presence of pre-containers and the number and type of output belts.
P: narrow channels for potatoes, onions and beetroot. This class is recommended for all customers who mainly create bags weighing from 500g to 5.0kg and to a lesser extent, 25kg sacks.
G: wide channels for potatoes, onions and beetroot. Ideal for packing machines that mainly pack into 25.0kg sacks with individual unloading and only partly requiring smaller weights from 500g to 5.0kg.
GV: integrates the processing of carrots with that of potatoes, onions and beetroot. Suitable for preparing bags from 500g through to 25.0kg with individual unloading.
VM: 100% stainless steel for carrots, shallots and Brussels sprouts packed into 500g to 3.0kg bags, through to 20kg with multiple unloading.
