Description

The double arm mixer Mod. IBT2-3 is particularly fit for bakeries, bread stick factories, confectionery and pastry shops. The particular double arm system oxygenates the dough, but it doesn’t warm it, altough it has a high working speed. The bowl is made of stainless steel.
