MINI C40 is able to produce Hamburger Buns, Finger Rolls, Hot Dogs, Dinner Rolls with a max hourly capacity of 3.000 pieces. The weights range from 20 to 200 g, depending on the version of the Mod. Lyra divider rounder. The C40 moulding machine has four 600 mm cylinders which roll the dough, the latter subsequently passing between the rotating belts (at different speeds) is rolled to form the various types of bread. Upper towel holder. Stainless steel structure. Machine equipped with output belt 900 mm on which is applied a trolley device with adjustable height and inclination.
