TOUCH SCREEN with 20 programs that control all the settings of the machine, with a system to identify any anomalies. Production speed adjustable by computer from 1.560 to 6.240 pieces / hour, depending on the model (from 13 to 26 strokes per minute). Side exit belt with independent movement and adjustable in height from 800 to 900 mm. Lubrication with 6-flow automatic pump. Very simple and quick cleaning system. The removal of the pistons, of the knives, is very simple to carry out, cleaning can be performed by anyone with extreme ease. System for regulating the pressure of the suction and compression piston, which allows keeping low the level of stress discharged on the dough.
