Description

The PO2-1120 Long Life Percent Oxygen Sensor provides high levels of accuracy, reliability and linearity throughout its measurement ranges. The oxygen sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal and is manufactured in house under a strict quality procedure. The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte. The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life. The sensor is capable of measuring oxygen from 1000 parts-per-million up to 100%. When measuring above ambient air (20.9%), a span gas of concentrated oxygen is recommended. The PO2-160 uses our standard KOH electrolyte. This sensor is designed for optimal performance in inert gases such as Nitrogen, Argon, Helium, Hydrogen, etc. Varying performance advantages to the SSO2 sensors can be attributed to minor modifications in dimensions, connections, and packaging. However, the principle of operation and the basic components remain the same.
