APPLICATION Vibratory feeders and pipes are conveying devices that transport the material to be conveyed by means of directed vibrations. The exact design and condition of the vibratory feeders and pipesare tailored to the respective application and are designed according to customer specifications. Compact construction designed for continuous operation. Optimal vibration insulation using highly elastic spring elements. The inclination can be adjusted from 0° to approx. 8°. Low cleaning and maintenance times thanks to one-piece trough design. Latest drive technology using quiet and low-maintenance unbalance motors with infinitely centrifugal force calibration. Also suitable for operation with a frequency converter. Alternatively with special lining for conveyed material that is abrasive, cutting or prone to getting stuck. Basic structure made of normal or stainless steel. Also available as a closed or pressure tight system with multi shared cover. The SPALECK resonance conveyors have unbalance motors or exciters. Resonance conveyors are dual-mass vibration systems that use a small transmitted vibration to achieve a large oscillation of the conveyor trough (the resonator). Linked, dynamic thrust springs are used to create direct vibrations. Variable conveyor outputs can be adjusted for the relevant applications using a frequency convertor.
