Composite release agent KantStik® 1.0 series

KantStik® Sealer 1.0 is a polymeric coating applied to new or reconditioned tooling gel coat surfaces. It acts as a base coat for any type of sacrificial or semi permanent release agent applied over it and effectively covers and seals the surface porosity found in the tooling gel coat. KantStik® Sealer 1.0 also creates a chemically resistant barrier on the tooling surface. This product should be used any time a new mold is put into service or an existing mold is reconditioned.
