The MP Cleaner combines several effective cleaning processes in one stainless steel machine. A comfortable, full automatically operation due to an integrated PLC-steering. This steering enables the setting of technique and parameters as well as the configuration of different programs (e.g. batch related) for the cleaning processes in the closed working area. The following features can be used: Oscillating dipping movements/pressure flooding: Due to our patented clack-valve system and a horizontal lift-dipping movement the work pieces will be flowed around. Spray cleaning (high pressure as well as low pressure): The work pieces in the basket will be contacted with the cleaning fluid while the basket rotates or slews. Dipping: During the dipping process the work pieces can be rotated or slewed. Ultrasonic: The cleaning power will be increased by ultrasonic systems. Variantly the ultrasonic systems can be installed for the basket movement and the pressure flooding. Vacuum drying: The vacuum drying arranges a quick and energy-efficient drying of the work pieces. Blowing off: With a high airflow the work pieces will be blown off in the highest position of the basket during the rotating movements.
