Permanent magnetic chucks SPRF with ceramics magnetic system and fine pole pitch are used for the clamping of flat and small workpieces, particulary for grinding and turning of thin discs and rings. The magnetic force can be regulated stagelessly; centred grooves, which are incorporated into the surface, make the alignment of the work piece easy. Further, a centre drilling can be brought in the surface.
