SPFFP/C electro-permanent magnetic round chucks with fine pole pitch combine the advantages of permanent and electro magnetic round chucks. The clamping plate does not heat up during long clamping periods, has a very controlled magnetic field and offers the possibility of clamping power control and demagnetization. SPFFP/C magnetic clamping plates are designed for grinding in highest precision – even on small workpieces with at least 2 mm material thickness. They impress with equal holding force over the whole clamping area. SPFFP/C magnetic chucks have a pole-plateless construction, so they are very thin, very light and at many points machinable. The cable connection to the pole-reversal control unit can be plugged at the side or at the back via a slip ring contact.
