This is why SPS electronic has developed special high-voltage relays. In addition to the aforementioned requirements for high voltages and high currents, it is often also necessary to switch very low voltages in the mV range and currents in the mA range. In combined test systems with safety and functional testing, resistances in the mOhm range often have to be measured. The demands on the quality of the switching contacts are therefore extremely high. A long service life must also be ensured for industrial use. The relays are used in particular in combined safety and functional test systems for testing electrotechnical products.
