One of the factors that most affects today's industry is material transmission. Belt conveyors and idle roller conveyors are among the most suitable systems for continuous material transmission.
Roller conveyors are machine groups that enable the loads to be transported in industrial transportation systems to be moved in the desired direction on rollers. They are systems capable of carrying linear and circular loads depending on their design. The loads to be transported are conveyed on rollers placed at certain intervals on the conveyor chassis. In this transmission, the load to be carried or the crates, pallets and trays that will carry the main load must have a flat surface area.
They are divided into two groups according to their working methods: powered (driven) and idle roller.
The rollers of powered conveyors can be rotated around their own axis by a motor. In these systems, the rollers are connected to each other with elements such as chains or belts, and by transferring the power received from the engine to another roller, the load can be transported through the friction force formed between the roller and the load.
