Dosing process is the first process step in which the product is processed after the raw material purchasing process.
By focusing on the needs of the industry, it produces environmentally friendly, high-tech machines that can produce the highest efficiency and quality with optimum investment and operating costs.
The raw material received is transferred to the dosage silos with elevators. Here, different raw materials are stored in separate dosing silos. The raw material taken into the dosage silos is transferred to the dosage scale from the lower spirals of the silo according to the ration of the product to be produced. Precision weighing load cells are used in the dosing scale according to its capacity. The dosing scale has a dust-proof flexible connection on it.
MICRO DOSING
Microdosing is the process of dosing one or more ingredients (premix, vitamins, etc.) in small amounts and at different rates. Thanks to the dosing screws, the product is sent to the dosing scale. In modern animal feed plants, microdosing often works in conjunction with a central batch system. Depending on the size of the batch, it may be a good option to homogenize the ingredients in a separate mixer before being introduced into the process.
