Four Trough Precision Cleaning and Screening Machine performs Pre-cleaning or Sorting in the same section. Here, foreign materials such as dust, shells and garbage in the product are cleaned. If pre-cleaning is not desired with this machine, it can separate products in 5 different sizes. It is used for sifting and cleaning dry grain products such as legumes, grains and similar products. There is a vacuum system with strong pulling force on the machine. It separates the weak and puny grains in the product with its vacuum suction power. The vacuuming process is repeated 5 times to ensure minimum cleaning. The machine has four screening troughs. Thanks to this sieve, the bottom of the sieve is separated from small particles. Four sizes of product are obtained in the Four Trough Precision Cleaning and Screening machine. The sieve used in the trough is used for both cleaning and separating the product into sizes. Only cleaning can be done with this machine. The machine can be made on wheels or fixed. The Four Trough Precision Cleaning and Screening machine differs from the Three Trough Precision Cleaning Sieve machine in that it has four screening troughs. This machine can clean as well as separate the products into four dyes.
