Generally, raw materials in powder or granular form are stored in silos. But before the silos, raw materials come to the facility in 25-50kg sacks or big bags. Due to the structure of these sacks, an intermediate system is required to enter the silo, bunker or process. This is called big bag unloading unit or big bag unloading system. Big Bag Discharge Systems are used to unload the material inside the Big Bag (FIBC).discharge systemsarein many different designs depending on the application . The Big Bag is lifted by a forklift or a crane on the monorail beam and placed in the unloading station. Bigbag Unloading systems may contain differences depending on the status of the process. Unloading with a forklift or unloading with a crane differentiates the system from each other. This situation is also related to the fluidity of the raw material arriving in bulk. In the operation to be carried out with a crane , Big Bags will be placed on the IPE 250 material at the top of the unloading station, with a 6m SWF brand 2 ton capacity chain. 4 mobile cranes are installed. This crane moves forward, separates from the main chassis of the 1500mm bigbag unloading platform and comes to the front to lift the bag. Then, the carrying ears of the bag are attached to the lifting cross of the bigbag unloading unit, and the bag is placed on the unloading cone and its mouth is closed with pneumatic cylinders.
