Our bag sealing machine, made of stainless material, has the power to close all kinds of bags. It quickly seals nylon bags, metalized bags and ziplock bags and provides a long shelf life. It speeds up your production significantly by increasing the belt speed to 12 meters / minute. In the first stage, it takes the bag from the right side of the conveyor and glues it at high temperature with 12mm wide heating jaws from the bottom and top, which can be adjusted up to 300 degrees. Thanks to Teflon tapes, the heating jaws cannot cause any damage to the bag. In the second stage, underside and overhead cooler blocks provide instant cooling. In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between the metal ball and rubber rollers to ensure full adhesion. All these 3 stages are completed automatically by the machine in just a few seconds, depending on the conveyor speed, without the need for manual intervention.
