DESCRIPTION
The optical piezo controller, which is only compatible with the optical piezo stage, provides the axis quantity from 1 to 3 and be classed with the resolution. The signal ports are standard BNC which can be optionally selected to be SMA type. The D-sub (DB15) connectors are applied for communicating between the PC and the controller.
