Our cylindrical gears are made of polyamide based technopolymer filled with glass-fiber, with standard teeth, (UNI6587/DIN3972) compatible with the regular standard gears on the market. They are suitable to be used both in pairs with another Stagnoli gear, or with a steel gear, and they don’t require lubricant. The cylindrical gears are divided into normal and light series, which differ from each other depending on the width of the tooth band. Also there is an entire available range of blue cylinders suitable for contact with food , whose special material complies with EU and FDA regulations. They are normally supplied with a rough hole, but for minimum quantities we supply the finished custom-designed piece through CNC turning (holes, keys, grains, etc.).
