Description

We offer a 3D CAD modeling service of the part, integrating it into the client’s application and following all the specific requests. We think and create turnkey projects of reducers (with worm screw, gear cascade etc) starting from an idea or the specifications provided by the customer, executing from the carter (or supports) to the internal gears. For the calculations and 3D models of the evolvents, we use the KISSsoft software, which has become the international standard of the mechanical industry in the gears field: with this tool we are able to balance and optimize the transmission performance, obtaining data on the cover, analysis of contact and simulations on heat dissipation. We define the feasibility of the tolerances required thanks to a wide experience, proposing possible modifications to the piece considered necessary to improve its accuracy. All molds are designed by us; over the years we have dealt with every type of transmission part, designing unscrewing molds, multi-trolley, with hot chamber or for co-molding and much more. We provide a clear specification of our mold, with particular attention to the quality of the steels (we verify all our suppliers) and the guarantee of the equipment life. Also based on specifications provided by the customer, we use the best components such as HASCO, Pedrotti o Meusburger paying maximum attention to the quality of the product and to the more technical aspects, such as concentricity and other parameters of the transmission parts. We perform analysis and filling simulations.
