The HeavyBend line is the right bending solution when extreme rigidity, structural strength and guaranteed repeatability are necessary. The bending head movements provides an easier loading of raw materials and unloading of the finished parts. The direct transmission of the bending axis ensures optimal results even in the presence of high torque requirements. Heavy Bend tube benders are also equipped with a DC Bus energy saving system with active regeneration of the electrical current, which guarantees energy savings of up to 40% of the absorbed powers.
