The automatic turkey deboning machine, ST850, is a unique machine which is able to debone male and female turkey, left and right, thigh, drum and prime wings with high speed capacity of 35 pcs per minute. Deboning the drum and large prime wings, the knuckle is cut off below the diaphragm releasing the tendons. In a second stage, the bone will be pushed through the diaphragm, deboning the product. When the piston retracts, the meat remains on the diaphragm and is pulled onto the outfeed conveyor and the bone is also transported out of the machine. High yield, versatility and high speed are the 3 main qualifications of this machine.
