You are adding value to your product, by making mid- and prime wings (drumette, winglets) and smaller drums into tulips with the ST820. The machine relies on a mechanical memory and takes the product through different stages. First, one end of the product will be cut and the meat gets compressed partially on the bone. In case of the mid wing, the smaller bone is pulled out and the meat is compressed more onto the bone. Product and cut-offs are collected separately on the integrated transport belts. The advantage is that all 3 parts can be processed on one and the same machine with no or minimal adjustments and does not require any changes for left or right sided parts. The machine will also work with wing tips attached to mid wings.
