The ST591 manual electric pinbone remover does not require much training to be effective. From first use, an unskilled worker can use the machine to successful remove all the vertebra and neckbones with high speed and accuracy. The flat side of the head simply needs to be placed on the imaginary line where the bones are in the meat and while applying no pressure, the handle needs to be moved from head to tail. If desired the speed can be adjusted to fine-tune the quality of the work and water can be switched off if the product is destined for sushi of sashimi. The machine can be used in small, medium and large production facilities, deboning whole fillets or just neckbones in automated lines.
