With it relative wide skinning surface, smooth cleaning roller and cleaning roller system, the ST700TV produces industrial quality skinned fish and with he handles at the side, you can obtain several depths of deepskinning. As the machine is easy to dismount for easy and fast cleaning, you can replace the cutting blade by a pulling blade, resulting in an excellent yield.
