LONGVITA ® LONGVITA® screen panels are screen grids with one smooth side, made from round wires, with a smooth upper side and a large open screen area. They are particularly suitable for screening abrasive material using a mesh hole of 5 to 100 mm, as well as where there is a high proportion of stem-like material in the near-size particles range. We also produce LONGVITA® screen panels from conical shaped wires H 5 – H 15. Screen panel materials: Round wire 2.5 to 6.3 mm dia. Spring steel as per EN 10270-1. Round wire 8 to 16 mm dia. MnS-steel with approx. 700 to 1000 N/mm² tensile strength. Chrome nickel steel. Special materials on request. The round wire grids are attached in the same way as the SOLIDA welded wedge wire screens. Likewise, the recommendations given for SOLIDA regarding the screen field size apply here as well. Maximum production size for LONGVITA®: Up to 2000 mm width and 5000 mm length.
