DT105 Highly dynamic rotary stage The DT105 rotary stage provides high dynamics and speed. It is equipped with a piezo drive which, in combination with a high resolution angle measuring system, allows comparatively high torques at very small step sizes. Flexible drive concept To position greater loads, it is optionally possible to equip the rotary stage with up to four piezo motors. The rotary stage can also be easily combined with the MT105 micro stage to form a multi-axis system. Use in demanding ambient conditions In the vacuum and non-magnetic version, the DT105 rotary stage is perfect for applications in challenging environments.
