Description

XY-Z microtiter scanning system for fast and parallel analyses, laboratory automation, cell monitoring, pharmaceutical testing and cytology Fast and precise analysis of microtiter plates The microplate scanning system enables consistent results with a minimized error rate. Two scanning systems move in push-pull motion and thus compensate for the counterforce of the acceleration. As a result, the system is stationary even in desk-top set-up and allows the very high precision of the scanning movement. The high-resolution 25 mm focus axis with µm resolution ensures optimum analysis results. It can be equipped with a double or single sensor arm. Operation can be either in on-the-fly mode with position trigger or in inertia-compensated start-stop mode with two actuators. Ideal for high-precision applications in research and diagnostics Reliable and consistent results due to high-precision positioning with repeatability up to 5 µm Fast and controlled scanning of samples at up to 500 mm/s Scanning of up to 120 well plates per hour by two single pipette, camera, sensor, dispenser or dosing systems working in parallel Maintenance-free and automated 24/7 operation due to air bearing Optionally expandable: Modular system design or as desk-top installation Scalable and expandable to 8 or 16 plates Focus axis can be equipped with double or single sensor arm Design for clean room ISO 14644-1 class 6 (up to class 1 on request) Bus connection for easy integration into the system control
