This XYZ positioning system is suitable for modular set-up and expansion of automated production lines in the pharmaceutical industry. The customer-specific print head on Z-axis moves extremely fast with up to 1000 mm/s over the carriers in the range of 300 x 200 mm. It is flexibly adaptable to different manufacturing technologies such as layer build-up, printing of microparticles or manufacturing by jets and much more. With sub-micron precision, you can print the spatial structure of a drug with high accuracy for immediate or delayed drug formulation and produce other customized combination preparations.
