XY Phi high load positioning system for fast 3D tomography in synchrotron | travel XY 230 x 340 mm, Phi unlimited, rotary radius 800 mm, load up to 100 kg - Laboratory / Analytics Ultrastable positioning of extremely high loads This rotation positioning system was specially developed for the 3D examination of particularly large and heavy materials in the synchrotron. Sample sizes up to 400 mm can be positioned with heavy loads up to 100 kg. Due to the ultra-stable design for a constant, high-precision rotation speed, 3D X-ray inspections can be realized much cheaper and faster. • Very fast inspections with a large rotation radius • Ideal for fast and economical 3D tomography in synchrotron with dimension up to 400 mm (rotation radius 800 mm) • Very constant rotation speed of 30°/s with an ultra-precise accuracy of 0.03° • Ultra-stable positioning for 3D observation of very high loads up to 100 kg Optionally customizable: • Configurable for clean room ISO 14644-1 (up to class 1 on request) • Different traverse paths • Integration into the customer specific overall application • Immediate use with pre-configured controller incl. exemplary software nsion of the specimen. In the direction of movement Y, a stroke of 340 mm is required.
