As standard they are made of carbon steel coated with epoxy-polyester paint, and have been designed for the protection of the conduction components.
Filtration occurs by physical retention of those particles which are larger than the filter element, which may be either a stainless steel mesh held by a PVC or STAINLESS STEEL structure or a ring cartridge. The cleaning of the filter element is manual and it can be automated.
They have excellent performance due to their large filtering area and low pressure drop.
