The Almkeed2 series is manufactured by Stieber, and is a overrunning clutch which is self contained. It is supported by sealed and bearing that utilizes two 160 series bearings, which is delivered oil lubricated. There is a standard AL freewheel construction, which is connected to a flexible coupling for in-line mounting. The KEE model is a high performance coupling that is highly utilized to damp torsional vibrations and to allow misalignment without excess bearing loads. The D2 cover is utilized as an enclosure to the unit, which is attached with two screws for oil filling, drain and level.
