The RSBW series is manufactured by Steiber, and is a backstop clutch which has a torque in a maximum of 4875 Nm. It is a DC sparag type of wheel that is self contained, which is centered by plain bearings for low rotational speeds and sealed utilizing shield protected O Rings. The unit is delivered in oil lubricated for installation in either a horizontal or vertical position. It offers a high torque capacity with small space needed, which has a construction that enables installation in harsh situations as high humidity or water splash areas. There is a radial clearance on the bolt that should be equal to 1 % of the slot width.
