The Stierli-Bieger 1300 HE is a very powerful and compact horizontal press. Its solid steel construction provides a very rigid machine stand. The working plate ensures effective positioning of very large bent parts. The 300 m tool holder enables straightening with high tools. 300 mm high tools or the support quick-change holder with standard tools of 300 mm height are used for bending. The special oil-lubricated guided cylinder requires no maintenance! The working pressure and speed can be controlled continuously and easily. With the working stroke of 350 mm, stamping and form bending work can be carried out easily. Gas pipes up to 3” can also be bent easily. The stroke limitation operates electro-hydraulically with the tried and tested Stierli switch-off system with Vernier scale and 0 mark. The machine is operated with a foot switch or special manual control cable, with which jogging mode, automatic mode and the straightening function can be actuated. The machine can be transported easily inside the factory with a crane or fork-lift truck. Various tool trays provide organised storage of the tools so that they are always readily to hand.
