The basic model of FLS technology is the FLS ECO 120 rip saw. The saw is primarily used in small and medium-sized operations focused on various applications for the processing of wood, as well as non-wood materials. The single-blade FLS ECO 120 saw significantly increases work efficiency and material yield (by 10-15%), and it can process prisms, slabs, beams and large-sized materials. The input material can be ripped, trimmed, cross cuted, shaped, and used to produce cross-sections and lamellas. The maximum cutting height is 120 mm, optionally 160 mm. The saw can be operated by a single worker.
Safety First
The FLS longitudinal cutting technology is equipped with numerous safety features, allowing the operator to focus solely on the quality of the work without concerns for their health. This applies both during material positioning for cutting and throughout the cutting process, as well as when handling cut material. The machine complies with strict safety requirements derived from relevant EU regulations and directives.
Basic Equipment with Extraordinary Performance
Even with the basic equipment, FLS circular saws achieve exceptional results. Smooth regulation of the blade feed and lift ensures a clean cut and high cutting performance. The blade replacement is easy and, above all, secure, thanks to the quick-locking system "ProLock." The saw carriage is equipped with guiding and side rollers that ensure optimal guidance of the floating unit during cutting without unnecessary vibrations. The upper pressure and adjustable wooden stop secure a firm fixation of the material during cutting, eliminating unwanted movement.
